Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotions or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping is $4.99 per order.

Orders containing 2 or more items qualify for free standard shipping as part of our Buy Any 2 · 20% Off + Free Shipping offer.

Available shipping options and final shipping charges will always be shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched. Any delivery time shown is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment.

Shipping address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipment has begun.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and relevant details.

We will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
